2010 will be remembered as the year of the JDubbe Abstracts Christmas cards. I thought it might be a
novel way to celebrate the holiday season by designing business specific greeting cards, and having them printed by a professional
service. I resurrected an image I created long ago, cleaned it up and made it the card cover. The inside pages are decorated
with a faded detail of “Star Reaper”, and the back is adorned with the site logo and contact information.
Naturally, I went with Conquest Graphics. I had a hundred of them printed,
and took a hand full for myself, gave a hand full to Eric, the Webmaster, and gave smaller hand-fulls to family members for
distribution. All but a mere several are going out this year. I’ll keep a few for myself as mementos, but I can tell
you one thing; I may never do this again! It’s a lot of work, and I’d much rather be painting!
